The goods handover must clear and keep the corresponding credentials.Check the LOGO,

Model(specification),QTY Whether conform,Whether the product is damaged. After the 

buyer receives the goods raised no objection within a business day will be deemed acceptance. 

All Tablets offer 1 year warranty ,TP and Screen enjoy 3 Months,All damage caused by human 

factorsis not in the scope of the warranty.Provide life maintenance services.

Except due to the Force majeure risks,If Vendor late delivery,should pay liquidated damages 

by total partof late delivery 0.5 ‰ / day ;

The disputes arising from the performance of the contract , shall be settled through friendly 

consultationor conciliation between the parties to the joint venture. In case such consultation or conciliation 

fails, the disputes may be submitted to arbitration or a law court for settlement. The arbitration shall 

be conducted in Shenzhen, China in Chinese. When a party needs interpreter or the arbitration documents 

to be translated into English during the period of arbitration, it shall, at its own expense, ask the 

secretariat of arbitration commissionto offer necessary assistant.
