(1).Ceramic Thin Marble Panel
(1). 3mm marble laminated with 9mm ceramic back,total 12mm thick.
(2). It is suitable for paving floors and interior walls,
(3) Ceramic Thin Marble Panel has following advantage:
A. Compared with normal 10mm thick marble tiles, its price is lower (more competitive).
B. Better thermal conductivity than normal 10mm marble tile.
C. Protection against the tide, won't lead to color changed.
(2).Fiberglass Thin Granite Panel
For granite we use fiberglass as a backer material.
(1).7mm granite laminated with 1mm fiberglass mesh back, total 8mm thick.
(2).Light weight: 5.13 pounds/sq.ft (25kg/sq.m), while 12.30 pounds/sq.ft of 2cm granite slab (60kg/sq.m).
It is only 2/5 weight of 2cm granite slab,so it is the ideal material for decoration high buildings to deduct weight of the buildings.
(3).Aluminum plastic Thin Marble Panel
For marble we use aluminum plastic as a backer material.
Aluminum thin marble panel has the same function as fiberglass thin granite panel.
(1). 4mm marble laminated with 3mm aluminium plastic backer, total 7mm thick.
(2). Light weight: 3.70 pounds/sq.ft (18kg/sq.m), while 11.30 pounds/sq.ft of 2cm marble slab (55kg/sq.m).
It is only 1/3 weight of 2cm marble slab,so it is the ideal material for decoration high buildings to deduct weight of the buildings.
(4).Honeycomb Thin Stone Panel
We use honeycomb as a backer material for both granite and marble.
(1).5mm granite laminated with 8mm aluminium honeycomb backer, total 13mm thick
Or 4mm marble laminated with 8mm aluminium honeycomb backer, total 12mm thick.
(2). Light weight:
Granite honeycomb thin panel: 5.74 pounds/sq.ft (28kg/sq.m), while 12.30 pounds/sq.ft of 2cm granite slab (60kg/sq.m).
It is only 1/2 weight of 2cm granite slab.
Marble honeycomb thin panel: 5.33 pounds/sq.ft(26kg/sq.m), while 11.30 pounds/sq.ft of 2cm marble slab (55kg/sq.m).
It is only 1/2 weight of 2cm marble slab.
(3). Advantage of honeycomb thin stone panel as follows,
A. High impact resistance, panels resisted 540 ft. lbs. impact (maximum limit of the laboratory equipment).
Unofficial tests exceeded 3,600 ft. lbs. capacity, compared to 60 ft. lbs. for 1" thick granite.
B. Fire resistance.
C. Strong flexural strength, is about 3¡«5 times as the normal stones
