Usage

Single-layer tanks are widely applied in the beverage, food, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical and process industries used as blender tank, buffer tank and storage tank, which cleanable to sanitary standards (e.G.FDA, USDA standards).

Advantage and specification:

1. Material: SUS 304 or SUS 316. Holder and ladder can be painted carbon steel.
2. Equip: Air respirator, thermometer, sanitary manhole, liquid level gauge, cleaning ball or equip according to customer demand.
3. Holder and ladder optional.
4. Single layer or jacketed. Form of Jacket: Coil jacket, full jacket and honeycomb one according to customer demand.
5. Pressure: Atmospheric pressure or pressure vessel (0.1mpa-1mpa)
6. Advanced welding technology.
7. Outer casing surface: Mirror polishing / 2B original sub-gloss / 2B frosted sub-gloss ; Inner surface (bladder and tank): Mirror polishing (Roughness: Ra≤0.4μm ).
