The KGCA/KCFA series of charger are a new type of formation equipments. This equipment is specially designed for the plates formation and charging and discharging batteries. This equipment adopts the digital integrated circuit. The control trigger board has high integration and functions with high reliability. It has charge and discharge, constant current, constant voltage, limit current, limit voltage and other functions with high accuracy and performance. It not only can be used as formation, charge and discharge for the plates and battery but also can be used as the power source for stabilize the voltage and current.

1          The intellectual control is performed by the micro PLC and high performance trigger board.

2          The main circuit: three-phase full-bridge controlled rectifier.

3          Control functions: constant voltage, constant current.

4          Range of the control current: 1%-100%F.S

5          Range of the control voltage: 1%-100%F.S

6          The accuracy for current and voltage: ≤±0.5%F.S

7          It has protection unit for over voltage and over current.

8          The rectifier is separated. The power source is 380V/50Hz, the allowed alternation of the power voltage is ±10%
