The 391 m high Guangzhou Citic Plaza is one of the highest skyscrapers in southern China and a major landmark in CBD area of Guangzhou Tianhe district, one of the most prosperous areas in Guangzhou city. Many World Top 500 Enterprises have regional headquarters or branch offices here. Owner of the building, Citic Group, is one of the largest financial groups in China. Its total land-covering area is about 23,000 sqm and construction area over 290,000 sqm with 1st class offices, and 5-star luxury apartments. TENA products have widely been used in the super high-rise building project.
