Lanling’s main equipment includes 3 sets of mixers for producing rubber pads, 3 sets of mixing mills, 3 sets of 400-ton, 5 sets of 300-ton, 10 sets of 100-ton flat plate vulcanizing machines, and 1 sets of plastic plates production line.

All spring clip productions adopt medium-frequency induction heating furnace for automatic feeding, far-infrared radiation temperature control is used to perform overall monitoring with automatic alarming sorting apparatus, spring clip tempering adopts automatic stainless steel net-belt transferring system, each zone’s temperature implements automatic adjusting control with recording instrument. All railway equipment adopts full sets of production lines, and the whole production process can be completed in one flow, so as to ensure product quality. In addition to advanced production equipment, Lanling has all-way-round inspection and testing methods. Therefore, all products’ performance and quality testing can be completed within company.
