Technical features:

A. Suitable media of the distribution truck: Emulsified asphalt, modified and emulsified asphalt, basic hot asphalt, SBS modified asphalt and high viscosity rubber asphalt.

B. Super large touch type display and control screen equipments two sets of control systems, i.e., high precision computer and manual control; under computer control mode, inputting various parameters such as asphalt medium, distribution width and fixed weight can realize full automatic distribution.

C. American Sauer variable pump and excellent hydraulic system are selected so as to bring stable and accurate rotary speed to asphalt pump. Distribution quantity can be adjusted during distribution process of distribution truck; distribution error is ≤1.5%; Distribution quantity is 0.2 3.0 kg/m² and is adjustable.

D. 48 nozzles of distribution arm can be combined freely. They can meet the needs of different distribution width; manual edge distribution gun is equipped and can make additional distribution for edges and corners.

E. Powerful distribution function: High quality truck chassis is selected and gives powerful strength to distribution truck, normal distribution can be made at 0 5 km/h and distribution requirement at starting stage can be met.

F. Importing burner is selected, heat preservation system and heat conduction oil system with very high reliability are equipped, each pipe and each nozzle on distribution truck ensure clearness of various pipes and nozzles, temperature rise rate is ≥10 and temperature drop is ≤2/h.
