 Standard Working Condition:

The max capacity of this plant is 48tph for asphalt temperature at 160°C. The required working condition (standard working condition) is as follows:

l  Aggregate moisture: ≤5%;

l  Ambient Temperature: 20°C

l  Altitude: ≤1000m;

l  Average mass of aggregate: 1650kg/m³;

l  Fuel heat value: (heavy oil)9,850 Kcal/kg; (diesel)10,500 Kcal/kg

l  Max size of aggregate: 40mm;

l  Hot aggregate content (size = 3mm): 40%;

l  Mixing cycle:45s

The capacity means for 5-10% of filler and bitumen also, the shape of aggregate should be normal and should not be needle type or piece type.

The capacity is ±5% adjustable subject to working condition and material.
