1. Q: Could I have samples before place order?

A: Yes, we could send you free samples but you will cove the courier cost.

2. Q: How about the mass production?

A: Regarding the mass production, it usually takes within 30-45 days for rubber rain boots after we received the deposit. For canvas shoes, it will take about 60 days, because they need one more time to vulcanize.

3. Q: What is the quality guarantee time?

A: All products are offered 6 month quality gurantee after shipping. If the shoes are broken which are not done by man within 6 month, please contact us, and we will compensate you new shoes without any payment.

4. Q: What is your payment terms?

A: We accept T/T and L/C.
