Detailed  parts  of paper machine:

1. Cylinder mould section:

φ1000mm×1450mm stainless steel cylinder mould 1set, φ  300mm×1450mm couch roll 1set,coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 38°C±2.

2. Dryer section: 

φ 1500mm×1450mm alloy dryer can 1 set, 1group scraper knife.   φ 350mm×1450mm touch roll 1set, coated by rubber, rubber shore hardness 90°C±2.Mechanical loading device. The following is a drying cylinder:

3. Horizontal paper reel machine:

Φ900×2750mm cooling dryer, iron casting, surface grinding, Cast iron or steel plate welded frame, 

with 113528 bearing, Dynamic balanced.

6. Driving part:

AC frequency fractional driving, Each main driving point is matched with ZL reducer, bearing seat, 

bridge shaft, a motor rail ,etc.

7. The pneumatic control system:

The whole paper machines is installed with pneumatic control system, comprises air control box,

 pneumatic components, etc.. (customer prepare air compressor, a gas storage tank, pipeline, 

vacuum pump, vacuum line).
