Working principle

 

It is Mainly used for pulp material inspissations washing and dirty mud dehydration , which is in four areas, namely gravity dehydration, wedge re-pressure dehydration, swing dehydration and shear dehydration.

  1. Gravity dehydration: Because of the high liquidity of liquid sludge, no compression capability, so the sludge get into the gravity dehydration area first. In this part it can remove the pretreated water, reduce the liquidity of sludge, make the floccules and granules come into being larger adhesion.
  2. Wedge re-pressure dehydration: The sludge comes into the phases to dehydration with mini pressure, and almost lose all of the liquidity.
  3. Swing dehydration: After the water of free water and floccules were removal mainly. Here comes the swing dehydration area. It improve the net belt tension gradually, through diameter’s change of the roller, and formed gradually dehydration area.
  4. Shear dehydration: When the mesh belt clip mud get into roller with smaller diameter, the squeeze power comes into being by filters tensile force put the shaped sludge into the two filters belt. Then dehydration by the shear power.
