Mainly used for conveying various kinds of bulk or bundle pulp board and waste paper etc. BFW type chain conveyer is used in paper making industry to transport all kinds of scattered and bundled raw material.It can do horizontal transmission and less the 25 gradient transport.

It is widely used in feding about from waste paper and pulp board to hydrapulper.It adopts chain to drive through plate to transport raw material, with advantag of reasonable structure,large transmission capacity,lower power consumption.

                                                 Main features:

1 slot plate stamping molding, high strength, impact resistance;

2 conveyor plate with closed design to prevent leakage of material;

3 double wheel traction chain, hollow roller shaft can be zinc, copper and tin pin oiling heavy duty high wear bushing;

4 The long axis of the two rows of chain together into a whole, to prevent the chain plate deviation;

5 sprocket steel castings, improve wear resistance;

6 blocking plate for the upper widened design (width greater than the effective delivery 400mm), improve material throughput;

7 orbiting, smooth running, reliable, low friction, low power consumption;.
