Introduction
This Paper mill waste paper deinking equipment for ink removal from paper is
Used in the medium consistency bleaching stage of papermaking industry. The pulp from the medimconsistency pump and mixer undergoes a period of bleaching and comes out from the top of the tower. This tower is uaually used for the bleaching of waste paper pulp.
Application&Feature:
1.Mainly applied to deink recycled pulp, it can effectively remove the ink, light impurities and stickies etc.
2.High efficient flotation, high consistency scum, less fiber loss.
3.Easy maintenance, low power consumption, low operation cost.
4.Only one set can achieve 4-5 stages of flotation, has advantages of less occupied area.

The wetting part is made of SS304, carbon steeln for other part.
Scope of Supply:
The scope of supply includes towe body, frame and foundation bolts.

3. It is suitable for long distance ocean transportation and some small parts can be transported by air
