1).If driver failed, we'll send you a new driver;  

2).If LED failed, we'll send you a new LED;

QC: 

1). Material:

Driver with strict & long time test before application; 
LED chip with color temperature, CRI, lumen efficiency test etc.. 

2). Assembling:

Following schedule for quality and lead time. Every order's progress is shown to all relative persons in ERP software and board Every Day. Also with workmanship inspection.

3). Aging test: 48h aging test to confirm all quality is OK.

4). Warehouse and Shipping: Files for item No., quantity, color temperature, voltage, label, 

packing etc. All with signature of the responsible.
