Tungsten copper alloy bar, also called tungsten copper bar, is a combination of tungsten and copper. The manufacturing process of tungsten copper baris as follows: press the refractory metal, sinter the pressed compact at a high temperature, and infiltrate it with copper. In order to reach a consistent homogeneous material giving high and even burning rates, we use virgin and excellent powders. Tungsten copper alloys are used worldwide for EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) and ECM (Electrochemical Machining) as electrodes. Tungsten copper is used in plunger/sinker applications where intricate definition is required.
