1, Width: Measure the distance between arms or legs when seating, the width should be equal to distance plus 5cm, that is 2.5cm flexible for both sides, if too narrow, it will abrasive wear, if too wide, it won’t stable when seating.

2, Seat length: Measure the distance between rump and the calf muscles when seating, the length should be equal to the distance minus 6.5cm. If too short, ischium will support the weight, it is easy to get pain when more pressure. If too long, it will oppress popliteal space and influence local blood circulation. To some people with shorter legs or with knees bending problems, choosing a shorter seat will be more better.

3, Seat height: Measure the distance between heel and popliteal space, and plus 4cm. For the footrest, the distance should be 5cm to the floor at least. If too high, not match with the dining table, if too low, ischium will bear much weight.
