Packing:standard export packing use paper and flexible package, or carton packing outside by

customer’ requirement .

Shipping by sea:

LCL: the goods will be shipped to the forwarder or

point place by customer in China.

FCL: the container will be shipped to the port in

China, then the forwarding agent will be responsible for shipping the container to designated port by

customer.

Moq:	One container, at least 5 sets per item

Delivery Time:	15~20 days for sample order
	25~30 days for a 20GP container

Q: Do Yufen accept sample order?

A: Sample order is acceptable. However buyer has to pay for the production cost and shipping cost.

Q: How to confirm quality and appearance of the goods before shipping?

A: Yufen offer the rattan and fabric pictures to buyer choose, then sent the photos of goods before

shipping.

Q: Can I leave my cushion all year around?

A: Yes, you can. But please separate the sponge and cloth, cleaning the cloth and the sponge in the sun,
keep them dry , away from rain ,snow and damp environment.

Outdoor furniture maintain

Rattan furniture:
■ Use the small vacuum or soft brush to remove dust. when the furniture be dirty ,please use wet cloth to wipe stain then blow dry by wind, pay attention to ban strong chemical to clean it for prevent injure cane.
■  Often use light salt water wipe the rattan not only clean it but also keep it soft and elastic.
■  The surface be scratched, with car wax would be a good solution.
■  Don’t forget the rattan need to drink water when the weather dry continuously.

■ Please use cloth of cotton knitwear to clean the furniture.
