• 2.About Shipping

• 1) We will ship by International packages EMS/DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT, or we will ship by sea upon your requirement.

  2) What is the delivery time?

      We can send your order out within 1-2 working days generally after confirm payment.

  3) How long does shipping take?

      In general, EMS takes 10-15 days, DHL takes 2-4 days, Fedex takes 5-7 days, UPS and TNT takes 3-5 days.

• 3.What is the minimum order quantity?
• We welcome sample order and small order, so for all items shown on our website, we do not limit MOQ.
• 4.Is OEM order and Private Label accepted?

• Yes! We welcome OEM order and can put private label. The minimum quantity and price both depend on the items you order.

  For OEM order, please send the clear pictures to us and tell us your requirement on sizes, quantity, fabric etc if you have any idea, we will quote price, MOQ and production time to you. After we agree on order quantity and price, and you do partial payment, we will produce sample for you to check before produce bulk order. 

  If you want to put Private Label, please send us your logo if you have, we will produce and sew them on clothes. If you do not have, we can design it free for you.

  Extra cost for private label is based on your order volume, usually 0.5-1 USD/PC.

• 5.Do you offer drop shipping service?
• Yes, to help customers to reduce inventory pressure and start business easily with low cost, we offer drop shipping services.

• 1)How to place drop shipping order?

   Order online or place order via email/skype/whatsapp, please refer to FAQ “How to Order?”.

  2) I'm afraid my customers will know your website if I use drop shipping?

  No worries, we will not write any information such as email address or website etc, and we can write your name as sender name.

• 6.How to pay via credit card?
• When you are ready to checkout, choose "Paypal", click "Proceed to Pay", Click "Payment", and choose "Pay with a debit or credit card, or PayPal Credit", then you can input your credit card information and pay now.

  We accept ,Bank transfer,Western Union and money gram.

   

  8 Shipping Terms

   Expedited Service for normal order is EMS,DHL,FEDEX,TNT,UPS,KCS and China Post.

  Expedited Service takes about 5-12 business days. It is trackable EMS, DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and KCS.

  We ship Monday to Saturday excluding holidays. Please send us an email BEFORE your payment if you wish to change shipping address.

   

  9.Returns Term

  In case you received a defective item, the customer has up to 7 days from date of receipt to request for refund or exchange for a new one.

   

  In case you received a wrong item, Items must be returned in its original and unused condition & must also be in its original box and packing.

   

  We do not allow refunds or exchanges because of change of mind. Please read all description provided as a guide before you bid. While every step has been taken to ensure that we ship out correct item, there will be occasion when you receive items that are different from the description.
