Attention of cold room evaporator model selection
When the cold-room temperature is aroud 0 oC, select 8 oC to be the difference between compressor evaporating temperature and cold-room temperature.
when the cold-room temperature is aroud -18 oC select 7 oC to be the difference between compressor evaporating temperature and cold-room temperature.
when the cold-room temperature is aroud -25 oC, select 6 oC to be the difference between compressor evaporating temperature and cold-room temperature.
According to selected evaporating temperature, compressor’s capacity = the cold-room loading × 1.15.

How to choose good quality evaporative air cooler?
1. Look at appearance. More smooth and beautiful appearance, higher integrated manufacturing. Even though beautiful products are not high quality, but high quality products must be beautiful. How to install evaporative air cooler?
For evaporative air cooler, it could be installed on the wall or the roof, but the premise must be sure that surrounding should be fresh and smooth, you must not choose bad environment such as kitchen, toilet and so on. Sometimes you need to install special exhauster machine if there are not enough doors and windows in cold room, the air displacement should be reached more than 80% or 90% of total air supplying of evaporative air cooler.
For install position, its rack structure bear weight is the weight of evaporative air cooler plus the weight of outlet air supply pipe plus the weight of maintainer.
To avoid rain leakage, pay attention to the work of pipe seal waterproof between indoor and outdoor when installing.
Air supply pipe should match the evaporative air cooler model, it must be designed according to the actual installation environment and number of outlet. (Common long pipe could adopt variable diameter way.)
In general case, you should as far as possible shorten the designed pipe and reduce branch in order to minimize the wind resistance and noise.
On the whole, it is the best choice to install evaporative air cooler on the middle, as far as possible reduce wind resistance and shorten installation pipe; Install the evaporative air cooler in dominant wind direction of cool environment if the condition allows.
How to maintain evaporative air cooler?
1. Often leak detection about evaporator. Leakage is a common fault phenomenon of evaporator, so that we should often leak detection.
When ammonia evaporator leaks, there is a pungent odor, there is no frost on funneled place. You also could se phenolphthalein test paper to check funneled place, because ammonia is alkaline, it will become to red color if encounter phenolphthalein test paper.
When Freon evaporator leaks, firstly see whether evaporation discharge tube has oil stains, because Freon could be dissolved with oil, oil will be bleed out with freon when freon leaks.
2. Often check the frosting condition of evaporator. When frost layer is thick, defrosting should be on time.
3. If do not use evaporator a long time, the pressure of evaporator should keep at 0.05Mpa.
