3.  I am looking to purchase an ice cube tray rack to conserve space in the freezer. What are the dimensions for these ice cube trays?

Trays are 8 1/4 in long by 4 3/4 in wide and 2 inches high Trays are harder to empty because the trays are more flexible than plastic trays. One has to.turn trays over and push out each ice cube.

4. What shall I pay attention to when I use the ice cube tray?  

Do not use a knife or other for silicone products and avoid stress, pull!

Because static, silicone mold easier to keep dust, if not use a long time, it is best placed where no direct sunlight to the tray!

5.  How do you get the ice cubes out?

Push up from the bottom with moderate pressure. The silicone is very tough, don't have to be too gentle with it. Helps if all of the cavities are filled to the same level at the brim.

6.  Do these produce cubes with beveled corners like the tovolo king cube tray or are all corners at 90 degrees?

The top is obviously 90's but the inside corners are beveled. These cubes are great. You can get three or four short cocktails from one cube. They last forever!

7.  Can you save tomato sauce in these silicone trays--or any food other than water?

  Dont see why not. I freeze coffee in them.
