The Creation and Operation of the TK2510-3 Tower Crane

The Main Performance of TK2510-3 Tower Crane

 

The TK2510-3 is used to build the civil architecture with no more than 6 storeys. The max lifting height is 35 meters and the stretch mast of the QTK is available.

The tower mast can move after extending, The lifting jib can unfold or fold during the extend and contract of the tower mast.

 

The whole installation of the QTK can be realized only through adopting a wire drum and one wire rope.

 

The hoisting mechanism of QTK regulated by the Variable Pole Speed Motor is which can realize shift change with load and operation speed change.

There are exchanging device for changing hook assembly between 2 falls and 4 falls. Great torque motor is adopted for the slewing mechanism.

The crane has braking equipment to avoid crane slipping under strong wind. The anti lack-phase loading releasing device and anti high-speed & overload hoisting device are arranged on the QTK 25 tower crane.

 

The max load is 3tons and the hoisting torque is 25tons per meter , the tip load is 1000kg. The QTK can realize rail traveling type and fixing angle type.

 

 

The Main Components of the TK2510-3tower crane

 

The QTK is composed of chassis, slewing platform, tower mast , inner tower mast , outer tower mast , hoisting jib and electrics.

 

The preparation work for Erection: The traveling type or fixing type of QTK should be chosen according to the main performance and working site condition.

 

 

First, the preparation work for fixing type: The concrete block (plate) should be produced before erection. The dimension of the block is 1.25x12.5x0.75m (L * W * H). The anti slipping wood should be put under the blocks.

The preparation work for the traveling type: The rail laying work should strictly follow the terms and specifications in the installation manual. So it is very important for the operation safety of the QTK 25 tower crane by following the the rail laying terms in installation manual.

 

The rail type is 38-43 kg/m, the minimal distance between central line of two rails and building edge is 3.66m. The rail base must be tamped with the least bearing capacity of 10 tons per square meter. The rail joint should be positioned at rail pillow but not be suspended. Standard fish plates are adopted and connected tightly

 

The connection joint of two rails should be more than 1.5m. The base of the rails should adopt 5-8
cm macadam and its thickness should be more than 250mm . The gradient of lengthwise and
crosswise should be not more than 0.1 %. The difference of the rails should be not more than absolute
value 6mm.
