About Low-E coated insulated glass

   Low-E glass is coated with one or more layers of metal or compund films on float glass by using magnetic sputtering method.

bcs it has lower thermal conductivity and higher light transmittance, ensuring the light transmittance and light pollution based on prevention of heat losses. It usually used in the window building, all kinds of curtain wall building and decorative glass with comfortable, energy saving features.

 

The crafts for insulated glass:

it is made by 2pcs or more float glasses which filled with desiccant of Argon gas with Aluminum frame.Primary seal(butyl)between glass and Aliminum frame, secondry seal(polysulfide or structure). the insulated glass will be effectively protect radiation when coated Low-E film.
