Our factory production lines of 3D inkjet floor tiles

 

 

 Producing process of 3D inkjet printing tiles

 

The first step: press the body of tile in size 333*500mm,300*600mm,200*400mm, or 175*500mm.

 

The second step: bake the body of tile to different textures and designs.

 

The third step: ink jet to make different colors.

 

The fourth step: fire the tile in the machine for enough time.

 

The fifth step: finish firing and delivery them out from the machine.

 

The Sixth step: rectify the four edges to make them smooth.

 

The seventh step: finish producing exterior wall tile and pack in standard export cartons .

 

The eighth step: keep the stock in our warehouse.

 

The nineth step: pack with wooden pallets if required.
