HORSE M24 28mm*300mm Galvanized Chemical Capsule Anchor Bolt M24 for Capsule Packing   is a new type of anchor material which can substitute embedded parts and expansion screws. It is composed of selected quartz sands, curing agents and vinyl resins placed in a sealed glass tube, and it is used together with a metal screw.

6. Operation Process

1) Drill holes on substrate

2) Cleaning holes 

3) Placing rubber hose 

4) Placing screw 

The screw should have 45°cutting angle in the front and hexagonal nut in the back. The screw should be screwed into the bottom of the hole.
