HM Structural Carbon Fiber Sheet was widely used in the reinforcement of concrete structures.
1. Application Range
1) The remedy repair and strengthening of the plate and beam of concrete structures.
2) The strengthening of the openings around the wall and sheet.

2. Product Characteristics
1) Light weight, easy to use, easy to operate and not require large-scale machinery equipments.

3) When pasting carbon fiber sheet, gel adhesive does not flow, can reduce the conservation of the surrounding environment of operation.

4. Operation Process
1) The surface of carbon fiber sheet
Clean carbon sheet with solvent → mix adhesive → coat adhesive on carbon sheet and make it into circular arc shape → paste carbon sheet on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller → remove the excess adhesive → clean the surface of the carbon plate → conservation → surface coating according to the demand
2) The surface of the component
Adjust the bond strength of the contact surface of concrete → give remedy repair to concrete surface according to the demand → coat adhesive on the concrete surface → paste carbon sheet on the concrete and press with a hard rubber roller → remove the excess adhesive → clean the surface of the carbon sheet → conservation → surface coating according to the demand
5. Attentions
1) Masks, gloves and goggles should be worn when construction.
2) Notice fire prevention and maintain good ventilation on scene.
3) When the rolled products are untied, carbon fiber sheet has the possibility of bounce, please give full attention.
4) Carbon fiber is conductive, be careful the electrical equipments around.
6. Package
1) The length of this product is 100 m, the width is 50 mm or 100 mm, the thickness is divided into 1.2 mm and 1.4 mm.
2) Other specifications can be customized.
3) Roll into a ring and use a belt to bind. The roll is packaged by carton.
