Scope of application:

CNC plasma cutting machine is automatic and high efficiency cutting equipment. It is widely used in all kinds of carbon materials, stainless steel, iron sheet, aluminum sheet, galvanized sheet, titanium plate and nonferrous metal precision sheet metal cutting.

1. 40A plasma source use USA Thermal Dynamics brand, own high cutting speed, high accuracy, small cutting mouth, tidy and clean edge, and avoid a second dressing processing.

 

2. The whole lathe is heavy structure designed, own good rigidity, heavy weight, small intertia of movement, applied in kinds of thickness material cutting ect.

 

3. The gantry structure, Y axis uses dual-motor dual-driven system, X, Y axis all use dual-straight rail that make the machine driving smoothly with high-precision.

4. The numerical control system disposes high, and installed the Arc Adjuster to adjust the arc height automatically, which can solve the arc interruption that caused by the uneven plate surface, the performance is stable.(OPTIONAL)

 

5. Professional STARFIRE plasma control system Support Art cut, Astronautics Haire, ARTCAM software, Type 3 produce standard G code way document, also can change software to read AUTO CAD software produce DXF form documents. The control system uses the U-disk exchange processing document, easy to operate.

 

6. Equip with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.
