1. Lathe adopts square frame industrial structure design, upright, support plate uses aluminum cast process

2. China 3.0 KW water-cooling spindles. Moving stablity which totally make out high speed of this machine.

3. All axis using Taiwan TBI original coarse pitch precised rubbing screw rod, Y axis uses double ball-screw transmissionhigh precision in working.

4. Using Taiwan imported 25mm straight-quadrate rail, two rows and four line-rolling block devices that ensures its high loading capability, moves stabilility, high precision and wearability.

5. Adopt Japanese Yasikawa servo drive system with large power. Y axis uses double-motor drive. The running speed can reach to 60m/min above while travelling.

6. Shanghai NC-studio advanced control system has good compatibility and is compatible with Type3,Artcam, Castmate , Artcut and many other design softwares.

7. Aluminium working table.

8. Standard industrial three axis dust-proof design processing, make whole transmission structure avoid the damage from dust.

9. Equip with standard America industrial aviation plugs links, soft metal cable sheath, avoids the cable damage situation from the press & bump effectively.

11. Cable adopts YC numerical control machine shielding line, can reciprocate eight million times.
