(1) Take out required wells and strips and make proper marks. Try to finish the test within 60 mins and make sure to seal the cap of the bottle after use.

(2) Add 100ul well prepared sample into microwell using microtransfer pipet, then repeatedly absorb for 5 times, mix the sample with the reagent in the wells completely.

(3) Incubate for 5mins at room temperature (25℃), insert the test strips into the wells with the MAX end fully dipped in to the mixture.

(4). Incubate for 5mins at room temperature again. Take out the strip and determine the result.
