2. Do milk samples need to be brought to room temperature or preheated before testing ?
Milk samples should be rewarmed to room temperature（Above 20 degree） especially in winters but no need to be preheated.

3. How long does it take to run a test?
Results in 3-5 minutes.

4. Does the content of fat in milk samples effect the testing results? How?
Yes, testing results will be effected by milk fat content. In China, milk fat around 3%, If more thick than ours, pls let us know, we will adjust the strips according your milk samples.

5. Do you provide free samples of your products?

6. Do your products need incubator or reader?
We have different series of test kits, some kinds of our products need incubator or reader, while some are screen the results, no any equipment need.
