Application Scope:

 

Our CNC machine is mainly used for none-metal(such as wood,acrylic,PVC,foam,stone etc)

and metal(such as aluminum,copper,aluminum etc) materials engraving,cutting,milling and so on,

suitable for advertising field,woodworking field,stone decoration field, mold field and other fields.
 

Machine Features:

1. The lathe is founded by high-quality steel that ensures the high stability, seamless welded, whole machine using precision machining process, high-temperature aging treatment, rigid and not deformed.

2. All the three axes are using Taiwan imported straight-square rail, two rows and four lines-rolling block devices that ensures its high loading capability, moves steady, high precision and wear-ability.

3. Adopt servo driver and motor system, high torque and precision, fast and stable performance.

4. All axes use Taiwan TBI high precision screw rod, high accuracy in working.

5. Four 2.2KW water cooling spindles, little noise and it can work continually without maintaining.

6. Aluminum table, fix by clamp and save power. Make sure the table surface at the same level.

7. Advanced Ncstudio control system, work through computer, separate control cabinet. Good capability with Type3, Artcame, Castmate, Artcut, CAD, CAM and other design softwares. It can control the 3D-processing when process, engrave and cut quickly and smoothly, can operate after accident or next day processing so it is very convenient.

8. Intelligent protection for working table that can prevent misuse or software errors from damaging the surface. Its protection of step beyond the boundary avoids crashing while design area beyond processing area.
