Manifold are control centers for hot and cold water that feed flexible PEX supply lines to individual fixtures. Manifolds together with plastic piping:PPR ,PB & PERT pipes. offer installation-related cost advantages over conventional rigid pipe plumbing systems.

Composed of flow manifold and return manifold.The flow manifold is connect with inlet of heating source water system,and the built-in shut off valve can adjust the whole system flow of static balance.The teturn manifold is connect with return water of heating system,and built-in adjustable valve which can manual open it or close the branch of floor heating.

Manual adjustable caps which can be replaced by actuators,and that will be controlled by the room thermostatic.The small automatic or manual valve with drain valve and air vent in one.Main pipe and spool adopt the (o-ring)static seal. The size of the connetion piping depends on the size of floor heating system pipe size .

Character of the Brass Union Manifold for heating

1.main bars	With strong three-dimensional sense on the main bar , and remarkable in comparison with ordinary products .
2. o-rings.	Two 0-rings +PTFE Packing. Even if the two O-rings has been damaged all, the leakage will stop immediately after tighten the locking cap, thereby greatly reducing the inconveniences to the users during the heating time.
