Q1. How to order our products?

Please send us the product picture, quantity, size and other requirement to my email address. You’ll get answer within 10 hours (Except weekend ).

Q2. Do we accept custom order?

We are manufacturer. So the size, material, printing, color, logo can be custom. Do you have similar product picture and clear logo, that would be very helpful.

Q3. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?

In general, wooden box MOQ is 500pcs. Display MOQ is 100pcs.

Q4. Sample issue:

A. Sample time: around 10 days.

B. Sample charge: The price is different, please send email to me.

C. If sample charge can be refunded?

Yes, it can be refunded once u confirm our mass production order & the quantity is over our MOQ.
