I. Summary

1. It adopts imported new-type chip to guarantee luminous flux and luminous efficiency. System power is optional from 20W to 40W with long life and high luminous efficiency, which can replace metal halide lamp of 40W~100W, incandescent lamp of 80W~200W, energy-saving lamp of 40W~80W, and electrodeless lamp of 45W~85W.

2. It adopts high intensity aluminum alloy housing, plate glass toughening lamp shade, IIC explosion protection design, and IP66 defense grade. With various selections of installation method and various designs of rated voltage, it provides customers with new-type energy-efficient, safe and reliable, and green lighting equipment.

1. Integral structure characteristics

1). It adopts IIC explosion protection design, and IP66 defense grade with good explosion protection and protective function.

2). It adopts borosilicate toughened glass and resists high energy impact.

3). All fastener outsides and accessories are made of stainless steel with high corrosion resistance.

1). Optimization of imported chip, with good luminous flux maintenance and high luminous efficiency.

3).Cleverly designed honeycomb coordination structure to efficiently improve lamp efficiency.

3. Cooling system features

1).The three independent chambers structure guarantees electronic components’ stability.

2). Heat elimination air guide groove with air diversion structure can guarantee LED light source’ service life.

3). Independent power source chamber structure can guarantee power source’s working free from LED heat, and ensure long term stability.

4. Power system features

1). It adopts constant-current driving, with functions of short-circuit and over voltage.

2).It possesses good EMC/EMI, and makes other electrical apparatus and transmission network free from any interference. The power source itself possesses good anti-EMI ability.

3). It possesses wide voltage compatibility, voltage fluctuation tolerance is 20%.

4).Driving power adopts glue seal technology, make sure component free of corrosion.
