I. The Application and Working Condition

This series of products is applicable to coal mine well with explosive gas including methane and coal dust. Working Condition

1. Explosion-proof type: Exd I.

2. Be used in explosive mixture gas such as methane, coal dust etc.

3. Can be used for fixed part illumination in the mine, lanes or parking, substation.

4. When used under gas mine, around the parking, in center or pump room and main lanes, which should have fresh air in and out.

II. Structure

This type of laneway/tunnel lamp for flameproof, the LED light source, shell and radiator, reflective cup, wiring partition, PCB, cover, cable fixed device, cable joint and sealing washer, the glass and guard composition. And it has two type: round type and slender type.

III. Technical Features

1. Energy-efficient, electrical consuming is just 10%~20% as traditional ones, the lighting power of 12W equals to 100W old type laneway lamp.

2. Long-lifetime, free-maintenance, high safe level, low working temperature. Lifetime more than 50000 hours, working 24 hours/day, no-maintenance, not exist the problem of changing the bulbs as old style lightings.

3. Wide range of voltage drive, working under AC 85V~250, no change in brightness.
