Swiss Artech ultrasonic sieving screening system is the state of art technology in the world. The outstanding feature of it is the frequency variation which greatly improve the stability and efficiency.

 

The economy of frequency variation becomes apparent with very large screening machines or screening machine with several screen decks. The process allows for the simultaneous excitation of several utrasonic converters by single generator. The variation of the frequency ensures that the frequency range of every excited screen is covered as long as the lower and upper limits of the variation bandwidth are set below and above the resonances of each screen deck

 

    

 It has unique design, for example the converter is always outside the powder flow thus no material can sticking on it,and sieve mechanics can be made by customer himself, no tuning of mesh waveguide necessary.The round, quadratic, rectangular and any other shape of frame is possible. It is almost no overload possible because of no Phase regulation but  forced oscillation. Thick glue layers and wire diameters only reduce amplitude but do not stop generator from working

 

It is with Explosion proof . No converter and cable inside machine thus standard converters
and cables can be used resulting in lower cost.  Frequency variation around resonances generates less heat because the amplitude is high only for short time when frequency gets through the resonance.
