RT Series steel tempering furnace 

Brief

RT series steel tempering furnace is national standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, mainly used for large and medium-sized high chrome, high manganese steel casting, gray iron castings, nodular cast iron, roller, steel ball, hammerhead of the crusher, wear-resisting liners, pressure vessel, slewing bearing, large axial, mechanical parts and mould material for quenching, tempering, normalizing and other heat treatment. Electric or gas can be used as heating source, it is called bogie hearth resistance furnace when use electric heating. According to needs of the different heat treatment technology, this series furnace can be divided into three: ultra temperature furnace, high temperature furnace, medium and low temperature furnace. 

Structure  

RT series steel tempering furnace consist of furnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, door hoisting appliance, heating element, bogie  and driving mechanism, sealing mechanism, intelligent electrical control system, etc.

Feature

1.Large loading capacity,strong heat treatment ability for large workpiece,high efficiency and low operation cost.

2.The furnace linings is made of the complete fiber structure, compared to thebrick furnace chamber,effectivelyimprove the performance of heat preservation.

3.For the small and medium size furnace, no need to installation basic foundation, integration of rail, can be used on a level ground.

4.Large -scale electric furnace adopts multiple district heating,in order to improve the temperature uniformity, the heating elements are installed at the furnace door, backwall and bogie, high-power electric furnace, equipped with multi automatic temperature control cabinet, respectively for district heating automatic temperature control.

5.The operation of the furnace door and bogie is full automatic control.Each electric box is equipped with several pieces ofinstrument and automatic observer which can provide the controlling of the furnace temperature, automatic recording, over temperature automatic power-off protection and so on.
