Radiant Tube
Brief
For most of heat treatment process, atmosphere passed into furnace will corrode electrical heating element. To ensure the normal operation under special working environment, we need to protect the resistance wire or resistance tape effectively. Combining resistance wire or resistance tape and high temperature insulation pottery bracket into heating core, the heating core will electrify and heat inside high temperature resistant and corrosion resistant protective tube and conduct heat by protective tube to furnace space and workpiece.
User benefits include superior resistance to, for example, carburization, thermal shock, sagging and distortion. This is due to the materials' excellent mechanical properties and their capability of forming a dense and adhesive oxide film that protects against corrosion and atmospheric attack.
Application
Widely used in heat treatment equipment, auto parts, iron and steel manufacturing, aluminum industry, metallurgical equipment, petrochemical equipment, glass machinery, ceramic machinery, food machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, power engineering industry, and residential appliances.
