Brief
RJ2 series pit type vacuum annealing furnace is energy-saving batch type heat treatment furnace, can be used for stainless steel wire, carbon steel belt and wire, wire rod, copper wire, coiler and slender axis metal parts for non oxidation or bright annealing heat treatment, keep the workpiece clean and tidy after annealing, mainly used for small batch workpiece heat treatment.
Structure
RJ2 series pit type vacuum annealing furnace is composed of furnace shell, lining, heating device and temperature control and other major parts, furnace body is cylindrical deep well, workpiece is installed vertically furnace inside for heating, Pit type furnace is usually placed under the ground plane in the workshop, also is placed above the ground plane, or ground level fluctuation in each half.
Pit type furnace can also be used for mechanical parts for tempering, annealing, normalizing, carburizing and carbonitriding heat treatment, etc, electricity or gas can be used for heating, with electricity as heat source, is called the pit type resistance furnace,can form a complete set of heat treatment production line with pit type tempering furnace, quenching tank, washing machine and other equipment.
