Nettle Leaf Extract

Nettle Extract, or Urtica dioica, is an herbal flowering plant that is native to Asia, Europe, northern Africa and North America. It is commonly called stinging nettle and is perennial, growing 1-2 m tall in the summer. During winter, it dies down to the ground, and is commonly used in supplements.
Nettle Extract is a very popular ingredient in bodybuilding supplements because of its ability to keep testosterone flowing freely through the body. Since testosterone is concentrated in the muscle tissue, Nettle Extract helps to increase the free flowing beneficial testosterone, which means an increase in lean muscle mass.
