Brief
Stainless steel glow plasma nitriding furnace is a kind of chemical heat treatment nitriding furnace, it makes nitrogen rarefied gas ionization in the direct current filed in a vacuum container,positive ion bombardment the surface nitriding layer of metal parts, so as to hardening the metal parts surface, is mainly used for alloy steel and stainless steel shallow layer surface nitriding,
Advantages

2.Compared with gas nitriding furnace, with the advantages of fast nitriding, nitriding layer organization is easy to control, good surface quality, weak brittleness, no environmental pollution, save electricity and natural gas, small deformation.
3.Pulse power supply is used for ion nitriding, is the new development of ion nitriding technology in recent years. it can save energy further, and improve the work efficiency(shorten the arc time),with the independent technological parameter, convenient to operation, especially used for deep hole and slit nitriding.
Structure
LDMC Series ion nitriding furnace consist of furnace body, transmission equipment, vacuum pumping systems, power supply system, gas supply system and measure temperature etc.
1.Furnace body is composed of furnace cover, cylinder furnace, furnace chassis and chassis. the interlayer of furnace cover, cylinder furnace and furnace chassis is bubbled into water cooling water. Inside of furnace is equipped with double layer stainless steel or alloy steel heat insulation shield. Furnace body has double layer tempered glass, used for observing the nitriding processing.
2.Furnace cover has two sets cathode transmission device and a thermocouple hanging column. The lifting appliance is designed according to heat treated parts, the parts are hang by lifting applicance.
3.Vacuum pumping systems consist of two sets of rotary vane vacuum pumps and pipe system of stringing butterfly valve. By closing or rotating butterfly valve in different angles to adjust the swept volume, the function of butterfly valve is to maintain furnace inside pressure under the condition of different air inflow. Use vacuum gauge to measure vacuum degree, and also display vacuum value.
4.Gas supply pipe inlet of furnace body is installed on the furnace shell cylinder, equipped with one nitrogen calibration and one nitrogen calibration rotor flowmeter.
5.Thermocouple is inserted into the furnace inside by davit, simulated measured, recorded by instrument, PID temperature control.
