Brief

The continuous conveyor belt metal hardening and tempering furnace is heat treatment production line, is primarily used for heat treating small bulk parts, using the following heat treatment processes:

1.Hardening and Tempering;

2.Austempering;

3.Annealing from forging heat;

4.Isothermal Annealing;

5.Normalizing and Recrystallizing;

6.Hardening;

7.Tempering;

8.Carburizing.

Structure

This production line mainly consist of feeding machine, quenching furnace, elevator, quenching tank, cleaning machine, dryers, tempering furnace and electric control system, etc.

Advantages

1.Internal conveyor belt, wherever possible; this results in energy savings by eliminating the need for energy to heat up the belt repeatedly; less wear on the belt through uniform temperature ad use of stored heat; long belt life;

4.Loading devices for different loading techniques handling the product carefully (soft-handling).    Metering and weighing is performed part specific and adjusted for furnace capacity;

5.Integrated pre-wash with dephosphatizing and intermediate washing technique, preferably, with  centrifuge washers. It is also possible to use spiral washers, continuous washers or washers in  combination;

6.Quench and cooling equipment for all customary media, with removal of the parts via conveyor belts;
