1.Pole can be provided?

Normally, we don’t supply pole. Most of our clients purchase pole from local, it will be cheaper if without shipping cost.

2.It can work in the cold region?

Charging:0℃~+60℃, discharging: -20℃~+60℃ storage:0℃~+45℃

3.How many days it can work in rainy days?

it can work continuously in 3-4 rainy days.

4.OEM is okay?Is it free?

Yes, we supply OEM service. It is free if the order quantity over 100pcs.

5. Battery life and replacement

The lifespan of battery is 5years. It is very easy to replace it. 

6. Service after sale

The warranty is 3years. if has problem, we will ask customer to take photos or video for analysis, if quality problem, we will replace spare part for customer in next order shipment. Or delivered by DHL, but the freight cost will be paid by customer.

7.Express

As it is bulky cargo, the chargeable weight is base on volume,  100*100*100/5000=200KG.

It can be arranged by your DHL, but please confirm if they can deliver it due to battery inside. Normally, we will deliver it by DHL special way through HONGKONG.

Normally, DHL can not accept to deliver. we will deliver it by DHL special way through HONGKONG. Not need DGM report.
