Brief
RX3 series box type protective atmosphere furnace is energy-saving batch box furnace, can instill the organic liquid that comprises mainly formaldehyde into furnace inside, It will form the protective atmosphere after pyrolysis,usd for carbon steel and alloy steel workpiece for non-oxidation hardening and bright annealing,especially suitable for various small size parts for no oxidation and decarburization heat treatment. According to the different heat treatment technology ,this product can be divided into Medium Temp Furnace(950℃),high temperature furnace(1200℃) and Ultra temperature furnace(1350℃).
1.Medium Temp Furnace(950℃):suitable for general metal parts for quenching, tempering, normalizing and annealing heat treatment under protective atmosphere .
2.Temperature Furnace(1200℃):suitable for high alloy steel,austenitic stainless steel or other kinds of steel for quenching,tempering, normalizing and annealing heat treatment.
3.Ultra Temperature Furnace(1350℃):suitable for high alloy steel parts heat treatment and ceramic product sintering and metal melting.etc.
Structure:The RX3 box type protective atmosphere furnace mainly consist of fixed heating chamber and the electrical control system.The furnace body is made up by furnace shell ,furnace linings,heating element,furnace door,hoisting appliance and electrical control system.
