Answer:Each ELDORADO-HOME product has a reasonable warranty time.

1.Take Glass Shower Door for example:

Main Body( Aluminum Frame& Glass Door) and Main Accessories(handles, wheels, etc):1 years.

2.If any Complaints happen, pls. submit the defect goods photos to us, the replacement will be 

provided with shipment of your next order.

Q:2.Do you have bathroom vanity in stock?

Answer:We are according to your order to produing ,we only have a little inventory.

ODM&OEM:Available,you can show us the shower design you want or we can design products

as customers request.

Q:3.What's your payment terms?

Answer:Generally,we accept :

1.Western Union,MoneyGram,Paypal.

2.T/T:30% deposit in advance ,the balance against the copy of B/L .

3. L/C:100% irrevocable L/C at sight(acceptable for total amount above USD 3000).

Q:4.What's your MOQ of your shower enclosure/shower room?

Answer:20 sets each model.Sample order acceptable for first order.

Different product has different MOQ.

1.For Glass Shower door,20 sets per model,per order mixed with different models.

2.For Bathroom cabinet, 10 sets per model,per order mixed with different models.

3.For Bathroom accessories,200 pcs per model,per order mixed with different models.

Q:5.What's your Shower product advantage?

1.Shower Door product are verified by CCC,SGCC,BV.Bathroom cabinet product are verified 

by UPC certificates besides IQC(Incoming Quality Control),IPQC(In process quality control) 

and OQC(Outgoing Quality Control) process proceeded by our QC members, our salesman must

 do the goods inspection by themselves before shipment, so every order will be double checked

 by the salesman, it is like adual guarantee to client, and now this policy is involved in the

 performance evaluation of each salesman.

2.It is possible to check the goods by our customer before shipment,if ok,we will notice you 

and pick you up to our factory.

Q:6.How about the packing and shipping?

Answer:Normally,we have carton and foam for packing.If you have any other special requirements,

please feel free to contact with us.

Q:7.Can I have our own logo on the products?

Answer:That's ok to have your own logo on the products.Please contact with us to make sure

 the detailed thing before placing order.
