SILICON NITRIDE
Silicon nitride protection tube is mainly used in aluminum,copper and zinc industries as the lining materials of the molten pool and
electrolytic bath (reduction bath).Specially, this kind of tube has excellent properties of high strength, abrasive resistance and
non-conductive.Because of the high resistivity of the material, it can reduce the power consumption of about 15% to save energy and
protect environment.The main product of silicon nitride is tube which can divided into vent tube,radiation tube,riser tube,thermocouple
protection tube and heating tube.The processes are generally divided into gas pressing sintering (GPS),reaction sintering (RB) and hot
pressing (HP).The working temperature can reach 1750 ℃.By the way,we also can provide SIALON tubes.Silicon Nitride has high
strength and high hardness which is one of the hardest substance in the world.
