Introduction
The machine is most ideal equipment for canning factories to carry out pasteurization of fruit pulp food. With continuous sterilization, automatically controlled temperature, clear water circulation, each can or bottle can be immersed into the hot water during the sterilization, so as to make the sterilization mote thorough. The sterilizing time adopts stepless speed adjustment.
Working Principle
When the sealed cans enter into the conveyor belt of the machine through the hoister, the can will change from being horizontal to vertical. There is a proximity switch at the can entering end of the main sterilizing machine. When the speed matching is suitable, cans tilted on the conveyor belt will be conveyed one by one. When the first can is sensed by the proximity switch, the electromagnet will act to pull the push rod and push the cans onto the supporting roll of the sterilizer. Driven by the main motor, the supporting roll will convey the cans to the heated hot water tank for sterilizer. There are many rows of steam heating tubes in the hot water tank, and two installed temperature measuring probes are used to measure high and low temperature respectively. When the water temperature is lower than the set sterilizing temperature, the steam solenoid valve will be opened for heating, when the water temperature is higher than the set sterilizing temperature, the solenoid valve will be closed. The water in the cooling tank must be cooling water, so that the cans can be cooled. Normally, tap water is used as the cooling water and can be repeatedly used.
If cans are of soft packaging, the conveying part can adopt net belt type, and other temperature control system remain the same. Production capacity can be customized per customers’ requirements.
