Brief introduce:
Under certain temperature, the residual oxygen in nitrogen will oxidize with carbon catalyst for carbon dioxide which can be removed by pressure swing adsorption process, and then after purify process to obtain high-purity 99.9995% nitrogen.
we adopt the carbon-carried purification device, under certain temperature, oxidizing reaction (burning) takes place between residual oxygen in nitrogen (99.9%) and carbon catalyst creating the CO2; Then CO2 and moisture are removed by the decontamination device and the impurity in nitrogen is removed by precision filter, thus high-purity nitrogen (99.9995%) is generated. It needs filling of carbon deoxidant regularly but doesn’t need to use hydrogen.
The system device has the characteristic of advanced process, good stability and high nitrogen purity; the device is set with automatic alarm and stop function system when the device is failed; It also has the feature of low moisture and atmospheric Dew Point≤-60°C; The deaerator and heater adopt the high-temperature resistant materials, safe and reliable.
