Plate and frame (type) filter press is a device for spasmic solid-liquid separation with plate, frame as filter room where liquid was transferred into by conveying pump. Solid-liquid separation will be achieved by filter media.

Plate and frame filter press is a mud pressing equipment most widely used in sludge treatment. The treated sludge can reduce water content, mud cake can be directly outward processed.

It is suitable for wastewater of farming, slaughtering, meat processing, textile, chemical industry, smelting, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, etc. It is used for sludge treatment stage of sewage disposal.

Requirements for Order

1. Please note the main material and prevention of corrosion. If not, the material is carbon steel.

2. Electric cabinet, flash water pump, sludge screw pump, movable air composer, chemical feeder, measure pump, pipeline mixer, conveyer, etc. should be ordered separately if need.
