Effective Nasal Inhaler For Nasal Congestion Relief

Nasal inhalers are used to administer drugs such as budesonide, which manages symptoms of allergic 

rhinitis, mometasone, a drug that treats more general nasal problems like congestion and sneezing, and 

ipratropium, which helps runny noses by reducing the discharge produced by the glands. Using a nasal 

inhaler ensures the drug is delivered directly to the lining of the nose, leaving little to be absorbed by the 

rest of the body.

1.Blow your nose gently to clear your nasal passages.
2.Tilt your head forward and place a finger on one nostril to hold it closed.
3.Insert the tip of the spray into the other nostril, pointing it toward the back 

and outer side of the nostril.
4.Compress the bottle to squirt the spray.
5.Breathe in deeply through your nostril and out through your mouth.
6.Take the tip from your nose and put your head back for a couple of seconds.
7.Use the spray in this way to deliver two sprays to each nostril.

Not recommended for people who are pregnant,lactating and allergic to 

essential oils.

How to Assemble 

and Use:

Identify assembly parts (see picture below for clarity).
Drip 5-15 drops of desired essential oil or blend on the oil absorbent wick until 

it is well saturated.
Insert the wick into the inhaler.
Insert the base into the bottom of the inhaler and push until it is firmly in place.
Screw the cover on the inhaler for storage.
If desired, place 2" x 2" adhesive label on the cover identifying oil or blend and 

how to use inhaler.
If desired, place inhaler assembly in the provided shrink-wrap sleeve and use a 

heat-gun or blow-dryer to shrink the sleeve around the inhaler, sealing it together.
To use the inhaler, remove the shrink-wrap sleeve (if there), and unscrew and remove the cover. Place the opening in 

the top of the inhaler near the nostril and inhale. Replace cover when not in use.
Extra wicks can be purchased for continued use of inhaler along with interchanging oils.
