3)rinse the vacuum flask  with warm  water or washing up liquid before  the first  use or if it has not been used  for some time.To achieve the best  heat retention ,pre-heat the vacuum flask  with hot water  before putting the hot contents.

4)cleaning

Using warm water and washing up liquid,clean the vacuum flask with soft sponge after use, removing all trace of food, do not immerse in water,do no use in a dish-washer.
